We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing PTA Board and all the volunteers who support our school community. Often, the hard work of our parent and staff volunteers goes unrecognized, and we want to highlight their incredible contributions. Every PTA member is a volunteer, and we encourage more families to join. As Bill Richardson said, "We cannot accomplish all that we need to do without working together." Dickson Elementary invited families to join us for "Lunch with a Loved Ones" — a special time to come on campus and enjoy lunch with your child! This fun and meaningful family engagement event is a great way to connect, laugh, and make memories together. We can’t wait to see you at the next one!

The day was filled with exciting music themes, and students were encouraged to wear their best rockstar attire, adding to the fun while contributing to our Spirit Wear tally! In 2024, over 116,000 educators from around the globe joined Get Your Teach On’s Rock Your School, positively impacting more than 3,000,000 students! This initiative, launched six years ago, aims to inspire teachers and schools to create unique educational experiences for their students.
